These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Alarmify: Smart Alarm Clock mobile application ("the App") operated by Alarmify ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Alarmify, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Transfer your license to another person
3. Free Version & Advertisements
The free version of Alarmify includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. You can remove all ads by upgrading to Alarmify Pro.
4. Alarmify Pro — Subscription & Payments
Alarmify Pro is available as an optional paid subscription with the following plans:
- Monthly: $0.99 per month
- Yearly: $7.99 per year
- Lifetime: $29.99 one-time payment
All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not directly issue refunds; please submit refund requests through Google Play.
5. Alarm Reliability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to ensure alarms fire reliably, we cannot guarantee alarm delivery in all circumstances, including but not limited to: device battery optimization restrictions, operating system limitations, device manufacturer customizations, or network issues. You are responsible for granting the necessary permissions for reliable alarm operation. We are not liable for missed alarms or their consequences.
6. User Content
You may create custom sentences and affirmations within the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. User Content is stored locally on your device and is not shared with us or any third party.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, alarm sounds, and code, is owned by Alarmify and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
8. Audio Attribution & Third-Party Credits
Some alarm sounds used in this App were sourced from Pixabay Sound Effects and are licensed under the Pixabay Content License. These sounds are free for commercial and non-commercial use and do not require attribution under Pixabay's license terms; however, we gratefully acknowledge Pixabay and its contributing creators for making high-quality audio freely available.
All audio content sourced from Pixabay is used in compliance with their licensing terms. No sounds have been modified or redistributed outside of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alarmify and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including reliance on an alarm that fails to sound.
10. Modifications to the App & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
